When do I need to order my invitations?
We suggest that you order your invitations as soon as you have booked your Venue and secured your wedding date.
How many invitation do I need?
We recommend one invitation per household. If there is anyone living in the household who is 18 years and older, they should receive their own invitation. We recommend you order additional invitations for any extras. These extras maybe used for new guests added to your list, keepsakes, one for your photographer on your wedding day, etc. Please reach out with any questions about how many invitations you should order suites@jennaphillipsdesigns.com.
How many rounds of proofs do I get?
You will receive 2 free rounds of proofs. Your initial proof with your selected preferences and information. You will receive one free additional proof for any changes/updates. If you need additional proofs, you will be billed $150 per additional proof needed.
Who painted the illustrations?
All illustrations have been hand painted by the owner/artist Jenna! Jenna uses a variation of mediums but prefers watercolors when it comes to painting florals, venues and other illustrations for wedding stationery.
How long does it take for my invitations to arrive?
Once final proofs have been approved and any remaining payments have been made your invitation suite will be underway.
Do you assemble my suites?
You will receive one fully assembled invitation suite to mirror as you assemble your suites. Ribbons will come on a spool. Liners will be assembled in your invitation envelopes. All other items will arrive packaged individually and ready for you to assemble.
Can you mail my stationery to my planner?
Yes, If you have your invitation suites being assemble by someone other than yourself, please note that at check out so that we make sure to send to the correct person.

What do I need to know about stamps?
`We recommend taking a fully assembled suite to the Post office for them to weigh and see how much postage is needed. If you chose our 4 or 5 piece suite, you will need a stamp as well for your RSVP envelope. in most cases this cost will be a standard forever stamp if mailing domestic, or an international stamp for those international guests.

Do you offer addressing?
`We offer Digitally printed Recipient addressing on your envelopes. You can also choose Colored envelopes in place of the white envelopes that come with each suite. All darker colored envelopes with have white digital print addressing on them, lighter colors will print in black, standard white envelopes will print with the color ink you chose for your invitations suite.
You must have a completed spread sheet sent to suites@jennaphillipsdesigns.com in order for us to proceed with your entire project into production. You will receive a template of what columns we need in order to correctly print your addresses. If you have any questions in regards to addressing please email us at suites@jennaphillipsdesigns.com
Your printed envelopes will appear exactly as you write your spreadsheet out. Please be sure to spell out all the things, states, addresses, etc. We are not responsible for any miss spelled or miss written wording. Please be sure to check over carefully.
Whats the difference between stationAry and stationEry?
Something that is not moving is stationAry with an "A" and when you are creating personalized paper goods known as stationEry you sell that with an "E" - the more you know!
